Making fresh cheese is one of the things. I had a plan with my untie and uncle last week that we were going to make cheese together if I can find fresh milk without much preservative and I did. I came to her house with two bottle of fresh milk and we started the process not long afterwards. After boiling the milk, we had a bit of troubles as the milk was not set. My auntie kept coming back and forth to the kitchen to check it out. My auntie just recalled a story from her old friend about making cheese then she changed the process a bit different and it really worked!!!!
Best memories when we worked together as a team to learn a skill that was used in Greek villages hundreds years ago.
